The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (“the Act”) requires certain companies to disclose information regarding its efforts to monitor human trafficking and the use of slave labor in its supply chains for products they offer for sale.
Arlington Computer Products prides itself on integrity. We recognize that any form of slave or forced labor is unacceptable. We support efforts to eliminate the use of slave labor as well as human trafficking throughout the world.
Verification: As a rule, we do not currently perform verification of our product supply chains to ascertain the risks of human trafficking and slave labor. We do our best, however, to only engage large major suppliers who maintain their own high level of Supply Chain control.
Audits: Arlington Computer Products does not currently audit its suppliers with regards to slavery and human trafficking within the supply chain.
Certification: Arlington Computer Products does not currently require its suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into the product comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business.
Internal Accountability: Arlington Computer Products has zero tolerance for any form of forced labor within the work place and maintains an internal code of conduct & ethics.
Training: Employees with direct responsibility for supply chain management are educated on the issues of human trafficking and slavery and our policy of zero tolerance. It is understood that any supplier relationship found to be in violation must be immediately terminated.
